Manage your ChatSignals subscription plan, view usage, understand plan features, and handle billing through the self-service portal.

ChatSignals offers tiered plans based on your usage and team size. Manage your subscription from Settings > Organisation > Billing.

Selecting a Plan

  1. Navigate to the plan selection page during onboarding, or go to Settings > Organisation > Billing.
  2. Compare plan features side by side.
  3. Select your preferred plan.
  4. Optionally add any available add-ons.
  5. Complete checkout via Stripe.

Usage Tracking

Your current usage is visible in Settings > Organisation > Billing:

  • Messages analysed: How many messages your bots have processed this billing period.
  • Data sources: How many integrations you have connected.
  • Team members: How many users are in your organisation.

If you approach your plan limits, you'll see a notification. Upgrade your plan to increase limits.

Managing Your Subscription

  • Upgrade: Switch to a higher plan at any time. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
  • Downgrade: Switch to a lower plan. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancel: Cancel your subscription from the billing page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ChatSignals does not store your payment card details.

  • Billing is monthly.
  • Invoices are available from the billing portal.
  • Update payment methods through Stripe's self-service portal.
